Welding

At CYT we have over 100 MIG/MAG weld cells equipped with 6-axis Kawasaka robots paired with one or two axis positioners. We have a specialized team of repair welders that re-work no-good parts to reduce scrap. Our team of production engineers ensure our PLC programs for welding are optimized to ensure the highest quality welds while also reducing cycle time and scrap. The average cycle time for a part being welded is 35 seconds.
