Stamping

With over 14 presses, Cardington Yutaka Technologies offers high-volume stamping capabilities for a variety of sheet metal sizes. Stamping at CYT includes a vast range of press sizes that are equipped for high-volume stamping of parts. Large Presses that use progressive dies include a 2600ton, 2000ton, and a 1150ton. Our Progressive dies on our large presses are suited for bigger stamped parts. Our smaller transfer presses are used for smaller parts. We also have mid-range presses primarily used for forming medium sized parts. After stamping on the big presses, our products run through a multi-stage washer to remove any oils used for stamping the parts.
